After getting through into the next stage of the lower brackets, having beaten straightsix, we will now go face-to-face against FtD. The match will be played on de_cpl_mill on Monday 29th September at 9.00pm. FtD are rated one of the top 5 clans in the UK so we'll need to put a lot more effort in, to come out strong. As with the previous game, if we want a chance of winning the money we can't lose this game, we shall see what happens!

As I mentioned previously, during week 2, we were knocked into the lower bracket by team-validus after losing 16-7 on de_cbble. We have put that game behind us now and have been concentrating on the next game, which will be played tonight, Monday 22nd September on de_dust2 versus straight6. This game will determine whether or not we have a further shot at playing for the money, since, if we lose, we will be knocked out of the tournament completely.

After a few months break, Meyex have fully reformed with a very similar lineup to the one before it folded previously. Already after just 2 weeks, we are participating in the ED Battle Royale cup, battling it out for a total of £350 prize pot. The tournament is a double elimination, and we were knocked into the lower brackets during the 2nd round by validus.
